Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Thin sirloin steak or breakfast steak marinated in your favorite marinade
Measure all ingredients to your taste.
Cut the thin sirloin into strips and marinate it. I prefer weber brand Mesquite marinade mix which makes the meat smell and taste like it just came out of a smoker.
Put olive oil in the pan and heat on high until it starts to smoke, then reduce to medium-high.
Add meat and fry until brown
Add pepper, oregano, ms dash, texas pete, minced garlic and marsala wine. Fry until reduced.
Add an 8 oz can of sliced mushrooms in juice, cornstarch, bbq sauce, lemon juice and vinegar.
Cook until sauce thickens, then reduce to low heat
In a skillet add two tablespoons of butter and a teaspoon of texas pete and some olive oil along with sliced onions and bell peppers. Once that gets carmelized well add some pepper and dump the meat and sauce on top and add kidney beans and cooked 3-5 minutes.
Serve topped with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
