4 Boneless skinless chicken breats

1 oz pk dry ranch dressing mix
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
2 egg whites (beaten)
2 Tablespoons light butter


Mix rice cereal, ranch, and parmesean cheese together in a bowl. Dip chiken into egg whites, then coat evenly. Arrange chicken on a greased baking sheet. Bake until golden
