Preparation time: 10mins, 30mins marinating time
Cooking time: 15mins
8 chicken drumsticks, slashed with scissors
2tbs grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2tsp chilli powder
juice of 1 lemon
4tbs mango chutney, sieved
1tbs yellow mustard seeds
1. MARINADE: combine ginger, garlic, chilli powder & lemon juice. Add drumsticks and toss to coat evenly. Cover & refrigerate for 30mins.
2. GLAZE: combine chutney & mustard seeds.
3. Grill drumsticks for 15mins or cooked through completely, brushing with glaze throughout the cooking process. Sprinkle with salt.
4. Serve hot!
