â€¢7 to 8 pounds fresh or frozen chicken wingettes, thawed
â€¢4 cups ketchup
â€¢2-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
â€¢1-1/3 cups water
â€¢1 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
â€¢1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
â€¢2-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
â€¢2 teaspoons garlic powder
â€¢1/2 teaspoon onion powder
â€¢Place the chicken wings in two greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over wings.
â€¢ Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear. Spoon sauce from pans over wings if desired. Yield: about 6 dozen.
