Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1/4 cup raw almonds
1 teaspoon pie spice (or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove)
2 frozen bananas
1/2 medium pear
1 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
Add all ingredients to high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
