Dietary guidance: v n
1/3 cup tapioca starch
1/4 cup corn starch
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chèvre cheese
abt 1 tablespoon milk (may need to adjust, if needed)
Sunflower or Safflower oil to deep fry
Whisk together all dry ingredients in bowl. Mix in the chèvre cheese.
Create a well in the center, mix egg in by hand until a doughy consistency. Only add milk if needed to get right consistency.
Form balls about 1 inch in diameter and drop into hot oil. Cook about 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve and Enjoy! =)
**Optional: Lightly dust with powdered sugar.
