pumpkin smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 cp pumpkin puree (no sugar added)
1.5 cp vanilla almond milk( I used vanilla because I didn't want to add anymore sweetener, but u can add maple syrup or Agave I don't use agave)
1 frozen banana
1/2 oj ( I squeezed the oranges to get my juice)
tsp vanilla
tsp cinnamon

Method

put all ingredients into few ice cubes then put it in the vitamixer
