Spicy Sauced Meatballs

Ingredients

MEATBALLS:
2 lbs (1kg) ground beef
2 eggs
½ cup fine bread crumbs
¼ cup water
1 tsp SUNSET SEASONED SALT
1 tsp OH! SO GARLIC
2 tsp OH! SO ONION
Dash of pepper

SAUCE:
1 cup ANNA MAES SWEET SMOKY OVEN & GRILL SAUCE
1 cup THAI CHILI ROASTED GARLIC SAUCE

Method

Gently mix all Meatball ingredients (do not over
mix) and roll into 1 x 1” balls. Place on a cookie
sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 365°F for 20
minutes. (There is no need to turn meatballs during
the baking process.) Place cooked meatballs in a
roasting pan or casserole dish and cover with sauce.
Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
