10 Skinned chicken drumsticks
2 parts hoisin sauce to 1 part soy sauce (as much as you see fit)
1 clove of chopped garlic (optional)
Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a ziploc bag, throw chicken drumsticks into bag to coat with sauce. Marinate for a few minutes if in a hurry, or a few hours if you have time.
Bake in oven at 375F until cooked.
