Blend up this quick and easy Weight Watchers smoothie to have a sweet drink with your meal, or as a dessert.

8 oz unsweetened frozen strawberries

4 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup mango fruit juice

1 tbsp honey


Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

Yields about 1 cup per serving.
