2 Apples (peeled and cubed)
1/4 Teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
A Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
Salt (not much needed)
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup White Wine
Heat the oil.
Add the apples and all of the remaining ingredients.
Sauté until slightly caramelized.
Serve with a drizzle of coconut milk.
