Cranberry Chicken

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, single portion size
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 8-Oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 Cup light corn syrup
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon rosemary


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Salt and pepper chicken to taste
Place chicken on rack in cooking tray. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Combine all remaining ingredients in sauce pan. Heat to mix well. Do not boil.
Remove chicken from oven and foil. Increase oven temp to 475 degrees. Baste chicken with sauce mix and return to oven for 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Coat chicken with remaining sauce mix. Serve.
