Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 lb butter
1 cup icing sugar
½ cup cornstarch
3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a food processor, cream butter.
3. Sift together icing sugar, cornstarch and flour
4. Add dry ingredients and vanilla to creamed butter a little at a time. Pulse then run processor until a ball forms. Then run processor until mixture is whipped.
5. Drop 1 teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Decorate.
6. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
