Dietary guidance: v v g d
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
salt and pepper
1/2 cub shredded cabbage (or radicchio)
1 bunch of kale, stems discarded, leaves shredded
1/2 red delicious apple, cut into small rectangles
1/4 cup cranberries
1/3 cup walnuts
Mix vinaigrette ingredients in a jar. Shake to combine.
Toss all ingredients together until well covered.
