Pecan Pie

Recipe given to Mark by one of his patrons on his mail route. She made us one for a Christmas gift, we loved it and asked for her recipe.

Preparation time: 20
Cooking time: 55-60

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 8


3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
pinch of salt


Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a pie shell or all-ready pie crust (Pillsbury)
Bake at 350 degrees 55-60 minutes

Not too sweet & Delicious :)
