6 lg lettuce leaves, 1C shredded carrots, 1C shredded zucchini, 1tsp crushed basil, 2Tbsp olive oil, divided, 1 1/2 lb white fish, 2Tbsp asian style salad dressing
in skillet saute' carrot, zucchini, and basil in 1 tbsp oil. In second skillet fry fis in remaining oil on medium-high heat 5 min per side.Place veggie mix and fish in center of lettuce leaves. Drizzle with dressing. Roll up lettuce;use a toothpick to secure wrap.
