Ingredients

2C cooked brown rice, 2C cooked wild rice, 4 chopped green onins, 1/2C chopped pecans, 1/4C fresh basil, 2Tbsp orange rind,1/4C orange juice, 1/4C currents, 1/4C chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste

Method

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. toss well and serve. can be served hot or chilled.
