1 1/2 LB bite sized broccoli,1/3C butter, 1 Tbs brown sugar, 3 Tbs soy sauce,2 tsp white wine vinegar,1/4tsp lemon pepper, 2 cloves garlic,minced, 1/3C chopped cashews(optional)
Place broccoli into a large pot with about 1" of water in the bottom;bring to a boil and cook 7 minutes. Drain and arrange on a serving platter. Melt butter over medium heat. Mix in remaining ingredients. simmer 3-4 min. Pour over broccoli and serve immediately.
