4 thin sandwich rolls, 1lb ground sirloin, 1Tbs grill seasoning,1Tbs chopped cilantro, 1Tbs chopped scallion,4 slices pepperjack cheese, 8tsp ketchup, hot sauce(to taste), sliced tomato, sliced red onion, sliced avocado, red leaf lettuce(if desired)
Preheat grill or non stick skillet to medium-high. In a bowl, combine serloin, seasoning, cilantro, and scallions. form into 1" thick patties. Grill patties 3-4 min per side. At last minute of cooking, add cheese. Spread one side of rolls with ketchup and hot sauce. Assemble bottom bun like this: patty, tomato, onion, avocado, and lettuce if using. Top with remaining bun and enjoy!
