Ingredients

Liver Flush-Ultimate Energy Cleanse

3 sprigs Parsley
2 oranges, peeled wit pith remaining
½ lemon, peeled wit pith remaining
½ grapefruit, peeled wit pith remaining
1 clove garlic
1 to 2 inches fresh ginger root
1 oz first cold pressed extra virgin oil
½ whole cloves (ground cloves are fine)
1 pinch cayenne

Method

Juice first 6 ingredients then transfer to a blender and mix with the oil, cloves, & cayenne.

If not using a juicer & just blending add 1/4 cup of water

Drink first thing and don’t eat for 30 minutes. Penetrates the liver more effectively if you lie on your right side for a bit.
