Orc Stroganoff

Gollum’s favorite way to eat Orcs & Goblins
Pressure cooking the meat makes the nasty, stringy goblins, tender and juicy.

Preparation time: 10 Min
Cooking time: 15 Min

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 6


1 pound Orc meat (cut into bite sized pieces)
2 Tablespoons Flour
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion, diced
½ Cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 cans French Onion Soup
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg, freshly ground
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
¼ Teaspoon paprika

2 Cups Sour Cream


Mix flour, salt, & pepper. Dredge meat in flour mixture.
Heat olive oil in pressure cooker. Add meat and brown for about 3 minutes.
Add onion, mushrooms, soup, & spices to cooker. Put on lid, bring up to pressure and cook for 10 minutes. Cool right away according to pressure cooker instructions. Remove lid and stir in sour cream.
Serve over hot noodles or rice.
