Raw shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined
Vegetables, chopped small
Garlic, chopped small
Ginger, chopped small
Seaweed, torn into small pieces
Peanut or olive oil
Sesame seeds, optional
Heat oil in a wok until quite hot.
Add shrimp and cook until opaque and slightly browned.
Add vegetables, onion, garlic, ginger, seaweed, pepper and cashews, if using.
Cook until vegetables are soft, stirring constantly. Add a little water if necessary if it sticks to pan.
Add soy sauce and sesame seeds, if using, slightly before it's done and stir constantly.
Serve over cooked rice.
