Ingredients

Tofu
Sesame seeds
Garam masala or other spices

Method

Drain tofu and dry well.
Mix sesame seeds and spices.
Coat tofu with mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes to an hour.

Serve over coconut rice with carrot ginger sauce.
