1 cup pitted Medjool dates, cut in half
1/2 cup unsalted, raw almonds
2 tbl Dark Chocolate Balsamic
2 Tbl Lemon Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
4 Tbl water
Put dates, almonds, balsamic, oil and lemon juice in a food processor. Mix until ingredients start to blend, then add water 1 tablespoon at a time until blended, but still thick. It should like a coarse paste.
This makes about 1 cup, so servings depend on how you use it.
