5-6 ripe banana's
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups raw sunflower seeds
2 cups chopped raw almonds
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Easy Oatmeal Almond Coconut Bars

Ingredients:

5-6 ripe banana's
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
2 cups raw sunflower seeds
2 cups chopped raw almonds
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, mash bananas then stir in remaining ingredients. Press into pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool, then cut into bars.
