Thinly slice back bacon or ham or cooked, crumbled sausage
6 eggs
8 sharp cheddar cheese slices
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ to 1 tsp dry mustard
¼ cup minced onion

Beat eggs with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Pour over sandwiches. If using sausage, sprinkle more sausage on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, melt butter and pour over the top. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes, Bake, uncovered, at 350 deg. for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Great for brunch with fresh fruit cup and hot cinnamon rolls. Sausage is the best!
