Red Lobster Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

2 cups reduced fat Bisquick
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Parsley for garnish

Method


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the Bisquick, buttermilk, and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl. Mix by hand until well combined. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or foil and spoon the dough into 12 equal portions (about 3 tablespoons each). Flatten each biscuit a bit with your fingers.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to brown.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, microwave the butter for about 30 seconds. Add garlic salt and powder and mix to combine. Brush a light coating over the top of each biscuit immediately after removing them from the oven.

Sprinkle parsley over the top of each biscuit.
