2 cups of organic apple juice
1 tsp gelatine or Agar Agar
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
Pour the juice into a pot and add the gelatine or Agar Agar. Heat slowly for 5 minutes the leave to cool. Once cool, add the crushed pineapple and stir. Pour into your Sinchies and leave them in the fridge to set.
