Power Brekkie Porridge

Ingredients

1 large banana
1 tsp LSA
1/2tsp Chia seeds
1tsp Linseed oil
1tsp Quinoa flakes
Splash of milk or yoghurt.
You can add a squeeze of honey or a few strawberries make it sweeter too

Method

Blend it all together pour it into you Sinchies and you have breakie on the run for your little one!
