Brown chicken breast in sea salt and black pepper
Sautee onions & bell peppers with chicken and a couple of cups of water
Clean broccoli stalks and trees. Peal outer edge of stalks and cut like sliced pickles and add first to tender stalks
Add water and boil for 10 minutes. Add tress and simmer until desired consistency
