Cold avocado soup

Ingredients

2 avocados
500 ml chicken stock
1/2 lemon
2T cream
salt, pepper

Method

Seed and peel avocados, mash with a fork. Add chicken stock, lemon juice and cream. Process until smooth. Chill for at least an hour. Serve as soup or in little glass cups as appetizer.
