Chicken with mushrooms in a mustard estragon sauce

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
200 g mushrooms from a can
200 ml white wine
1 chicken boullion cube
2 t mustard
2 T cream
2 t estragon
100 ml water

Method

Cook mushroom for 2 minutes in a non-stick pan, add wine and boullion which you have diluted with water and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook chicken in a little oil until golden, add mushrooms and cook for 10 more minutes.
At the end add mustard, estragon and cream and cook trhough. Serve over rice.
