250 g canned tuna
4 tomatoes ( pelati)
10 or more green or black olives
50 g gated swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 180°.
Put the pie crust in a tart pan and bake for 10 min.
Drain tuna. Cut tomatoes in slices and olives in halves. When pastry is white, take out of the oven. Scatter tuna over the bottom, add tomatoes and olives. Mix eggs with cream, milk, salt and pepper, and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
