500 g ground beef
1 onion, chopped ( half a cup)
1/4 c chopped celery
1 c katchup
1T Worchestershire sauce
1 t ground mustard or 2 t prepared
pepper and salt to taste
4 rolls or hamburger buns
In a little oil, cook ground beef, onion and celery, covered, for 10 min.
Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Serve in rolls.
