1 quart Milk
1 Tbsp Plain Yogurt with live cultures
Add plain yogurt to milk, mix well & pour into cups. Keep on very low heat, around 80°F for about ten hours. This can be done by putting the yogurt mixture into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid and submerging it in hot water in a cooler, or by putting the jar in a food dehydrator on very low heat, or by preheating the oven to low, turning it off, and then put the jar into the oven wrapped in a towel. When yogurt is set, allow it to cool and then stir in about one teaspoon of raw honey, pureed fruit, or other flavoring of your choice.
