2 pounds of ground turkey
2 TBSP pure horseradish
2 TBSP finely chopped rosemary
2 cups baby spinach(rinsed)
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
fresh ground pepper
Mix all ingredients and make patties.
Let patties rest 1 hour in refrigerator before cooking.
Using prepared pan, with a small amount of coconut oil or almond oil.
Slowly cook burger until done for 3-4 minutes each side.
Serve on a slice of grilled tomato, with raw onion.
Garnish on top with caramelized mango if desired.
