Tandoori Shrimp

Ingredients

24 large shrimp (shelled and deveined)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped (or 1/2 T cilantro chutney)
1 T chopped fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
lemon wedges

Method

Mix ingredients (other than shrimp). Add the shrimp to the mixture and set aside for about 10 minutes. Grill shrimp until done (about 2 to 3 minutes per side).
