2 chicken breasts( 1 half per person)
chicken bullion cube
Boil 2 l of water with 1 chicken bulion cube. Pour over rice noodles and let set for 1 - 2 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
Cook chicken in butter until golden. Scoop out and keep warm. Add a little oil to the pan and stir fry broccoli and carrots, cut in small pieces. Add soy cause, salt and pepper. Mix gently with rice noodles and chicken, add lemon juice and serve warm.
