Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 pound pork cutlets, pounded to 1/4" thickness
flour for dredging
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of pecans
1. Dredge cutlets in flour, shaking off excess.
2. In heavy skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon butter. Add cutlets sauté until browned on both sides 5 to 6 minutes
3. Soften remaining butter and mix with honey and pecans; add to skillet and stir gently. cover and gently simmer 7 to 8 minutes.
4. Remove cutlets to serving platter and spoon remaining sauce and pecans on top of them.
