Grilled inside skirt marinated in adobo (Arrachera adobada)

Ingredients

1.5 lb Inside Skirt or any meat for fajitas
4 tbsp Mölli Acapulco Cooking Paste
1 tbsp Salt
Corn or flour tortillas

Method

• Sprinkle salt all over meat and then rub it with the Mölli Acapulco Cooking Paste. For better results, let marinate for at least an hour in the fridge – better if overnight.
• Heat the grill until hot, add the meat and cook for 3-4 minutes on both for medium rare. Ready ins will vary depending on the cut of meat. • When cooked to your taste, remove meat from grill and wrap it in aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 minutes.
