6 Slices chapata (rustic-style bread)

6 portions goat's cheeses

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

-Cut the bread diagonally to make larger slices.
-Lightly fry the onion and when it becomes transparent add the garlic taking care that it does not toast.
-Slice the goat's cheese portions in half.
-Place the onion sauté and any oil remaining in the frying pan on the bread and cover with two halves of cheese.
-Heat in the oven at 160 Degrees for a couple of minutes to soften the cheese.
Presentation: Top with the raisins.
