2 to 4 skinless boneless chicken breast
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup
small bag of Broccoli Florets
Wash Chicken breast and pat dry with a paper towel. Place in a 9 X 13 baking dish.
A Brownie pan will work for 2 chicken breast.
Pour a can of Campbell's Cheddar Soup on top of chicken.
Place frozen Broccoli florets on top of soup.
Cover with aluminum foil, and cut some slits in top for ventilliation.
BAKE 350 DEGREES 1 HR. 15 MIN.
Break up about 1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers. Melt about 1/2 stick of butter, and stir crackers into melted butter. Then place crackers on top of the baked chicken breast, remove the foil and bake 10 more minutes.
