1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 -1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic puree
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
3-4 large basil leaves
2 small oe 1 large tomatoes
salt and pepper


mix the yeast, warm water and sugar in a food processor. Let proof for 8 minutes. Thenn add the flour and the salt and pulse for less than 30 seconds to mix. Knead for 5 minutes then put in a greased bowl in a warm place for 1 1/2 hour. Then place on a greased cookie sheet and pat til VERY thin. Drizzle the olive oil onto the crust and spread it all over especially the edges. Then spread the garlic thinly over the crust.Spread the mozzarella over the crust. Slice the tomatoes thinly and lay them over the pizza. Cut the basil leaves into strips and lay some on tomatoes and some in between.
Bake at 450 for 9 - 10 minutes.
