Ingredients

1 16oz can garbanzo beans( chick peas, big can)
3T sesame seed paste
juice of 1/2 lemon
garlic to taste (pressed)
4T low fat yogurt
1/2 t salt
fresh grated lemon rind from the 1/2 lemon
cumin and nutmeg to flavor

Method

Put all the ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth.
