Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

//DRY INGREDIENTS
3 c all-purpose flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
2 t ground cinnamon

//WET INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c apple sauce
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
3-4 c grated zucchini
1 c chopped walnuts (optional)

Method

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Grease and flour one two 8 x 4 inch pans.

3. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl with a wire wisk.

4. Beat all wet ingredients together in a large bowl. Continue mixing until well combined. Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat well. Pour batter into prepared pans.

5. Bake for 55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
