1 kg chicken cut into 4-6 pieces
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp onion paste(optional)
¾ cup curd
4 green chilies chopped fine
1½ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red color
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp salt
Add all the above ingredients in the curd. Mix well. Make deep cuts on the chicken pieces.
Rub the chicken pieces well in the curd mixture and marinate for 6-8 hours.
This can be either fried, grilled, baked in an oven or cooked on a tandoor.
