â€¢ 1 pound extra lean ground beef
â€¢ 1 onion, chopped
â€¢ 1, 16-oz can of butter beans
â€¢ Light kidney beans
â€¢ Northern Beans, drained rinsed
â€¢ 1, 16-oz can chili beans (not drained)
â€¢ 1/4 cup brown sugar
â€¢ 1 teaspoon salt
â€¢ 1/8 teaspoon pepper
â€¢ 1 teaspoon mustard
â€¢ 1/2 cup ketchup
â€¢ 2 tablespoons molasses
â€¢ 1 tablespoons vinegar
1. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet until the onion is tender.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and put in a 2-quart casserole dish.
3. Bake 350° for 35 minutes uncovered.
Note: The hamburger can be omitted. This is good served with cornbread.
