Ingredients

pork tenderloin, seasoned, wrapped in puff pastry

Method

Pinch the corners to form ears and feet.
Cut a circle and place in the middle.
Place peppercorns for nostrils and eyes.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350° until puffy and lightly browned.
