â€¢ 1, 8-oz cream cheese, softened
â€¢ 1, 14-oz artichoke hearts drained, chopped
â€¢ 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
â€¢ 1 clove garlic, minced
â€¢ 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1. Spread cream cheese into bottom of 9-inch, pie plate.
2. Mix artichokes, butter and garlic; spoon evenly over cream cheese.
3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
5. Serve with Triscuits.
