1/2 lb potatoes cubed / (5-6) large white idaoh
scoop sugar 2-tbl spoon
1/4 rich cream or whipping cream
good dash salt and white pepper
spoon margin or butter (optional)*
2-cups water 900-ml
Wash and cube potatoes without husk.
boil in water for 5-minutes then put heat to low and let simmer for 15-min until potatoes fall apart with a fork. Stir now and then to avoid scorching. Drain the water out and drip in margin and sugar. After pot cools down use a potatoe masher and smash until most potatoes are completed smashed. Slowly pour in the cream and stir until potatoes begin to whip. If you like them whipped use a hand mixer. salt and pepper to taste. Serve up hot. If the milk makes them cool down you can reheat the pot. Just stir often.
